Cornelia Kiley
Founding Partner
Cornelia Kiley is the founding partner of CLKiley Associates LLC and is focused primarily on real estate assignments and wealth management in the alternative investment sectors.
Prior to starting CLKiley Associates, Ms. Kiley spent several years as a senior member of the Global Real Estate Practice of CTPartners. Her search career began with Russell Reynolds in 2005, overseeing the Asset and Wealth Management practice while focusing on private equity real estate assignments, globally. Prior to starting her executive search career, Ms. Kiley spent nearly a decade in C-suite roles at Bank of America where she served as Managing Director and Head of Institutional Distribution for Columbia Management Group and was a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. She was also the Chief Marketing Officer of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments with responsibility for Capital Raising, Relationship Management, Marketing and Product Development and was a member of its Operating Committee. Prior to Lend Lease, she worked at JPMorgan Chase as Managing Director and Head of Global Sales and Marketing of Chase Asset Management, the institutional money management group. She was also one of the founding partners and Head of Sales and Marketing of Seix Investment Advisors, Inc.
Ms. Kiley received a B.A. in political science and economics from Goucher College and her M.A. in public finance from the Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy, New School University where she was the Erwin S. Wolfson Scholar.
She lives in New York with her three children, three dogs, one horse, and Atticus, the hamster. Spare time is spent advocating along with parents who require special services from public schools for their learning disabled children.
